Joins us on November 3, at 3:00pm at the Massey Theatre - 735 8th Ave, New Westminster, BC. We’re planning to keep the meeting short and sweet, leaving plenty of time for discussions, celebrations, and, most importantly, connecting with our wonderful community!
A few important notes:
We’ll be updating some of our bylaws to better reflect our current and future practices. The key changes include shifting from a minimum of 12 board members to a maximum of 12, and renaming the President/Vice President roles to Chair/Vice Chair. Full details on these bylaw updates will be available at the meeting, if not sooner.
Our dedicated accountant and board have worked hard to finalize our financials and final documents, please request an AGM Packageupon your RSVP, otherwise it will be provided at the AGM.
